If the goods received are defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately for a (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Who pays shipping for returned products?
If the product you received is not the product you ordered, Pool Superstore will pay the full cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you will incur the cost of the return.
If you receive your order and you were sent incorrect products, please email us for an RMA.
If you receive products and you have changed your mind, please phone us to discuss options. We will work with you, however restocking fees may apply.
Any items returned must be in their original packaging. Return freight will need to be prepaid by you with full insurance. Any risk of loss or damage during shipment is your responsibility.
No goods will be accepted without an RMA number displayed clearly on the outside of a parcel.
