Delivery Times
* Please note Australia Post and Sendle are experiencing delays in shipping and freight times during the holiday season and during this period we can not guarantee shipments and packages will arrive on time *
At Pool Super Store we ship nation wide and use Courier freight and Australia Post. All items will be shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse. If an item is not in stock and on back order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks before dispatch where it will then be shipped out immediately after.
At the shipping stage of your purchase, items selected are automatically calculated into the correct sizing and shipping box. If items exceed any service provided by one freight company it will automatically suggest Courier freight as we cover some of the cost shipping the item.
An example would be a pump box is to heavy to send via Australia Post so the freight system will automatically suggest a flat rate, however a small replacement part will allow you to have the option of courier or Australia Post. It is our objective to keep freight as low as possible.
Due to our location on the East Coast of Australia the Express Courier option is locked at a flat rate for WA and NT, Australia Post is the most economical way to freight to these states.
Delivery Note
Goods must be signed for on Delivery - Please ensure this can take place at the address provided.
Note that couriers are unable to ship to a PO Box.
If our courier cannot deliver your goods, you may collect your order from the Courier depot. Goods can be left without signing, however, this is at customers risk. You must advise your preferred location before we send the item.
